I'm looking to put 3 inches on my arms in 30 days. Any suggestions on how I might go about doing that?

On a more serious note, one of the board sponsors has Syntherol which is product that can help to bring up lagging bodyparts. I would assume that arms fall into this category for you(heck for me too) so you may want to begin your research there.

no way.... Bicep mussels are one of the hardest to grow, Tris make up alot of the arm but still... 3 inches!? Maybe with this you can but be prepared to do injections on site every day:

Obviously, the original poster is trying to take the piss out of the mass pm he received.

To answer the question, yes you can. The most gains I have seen anyone with Syntherol when doing both bis and tris simultaneously, is 3.5" in 30 days. Then 1/2" of swelling went down, and the end result at the end of the 6 weeks maintanance was 3" permanent size.

Most people gain about 2" on average of permanent size.

You know I actually thought this thread was going to be about something else when I clicked on it. If I knew the OP was referring to arms I doubt I would have clicked on this thread. In any case, since Big A already gave the best answer for the OP, I'm going to give the answer some of the others reading this thread were looking for: Extenze (at least that's what my e-mail says)
