What determines 3 times a week though ?
Also what if we’re talking more about training for strength with lower reps

You can build strength with high reps also, for example I can do 20 reps squats with 315 lbs, and I will be 71 in December. You need to challenge your muscles and mind all the time. Increase the weight on squats every 30 day, even if is only 5 labs.No but i do like to challenge myself and get a certain satisfaction from lifting lower reps (heavier weights)
