3 week results - after decade layoff

From my earlier post, I know I am fat. I have not had my BF tested, but I believe I am somewhere in the high 20's to low 30's. I weigh 232 at 5'11. I started with cardio and calisthentics for the first two weeks and included weights on the third week. I am a long way from the 240 and 10% BF I was a decade ago. I am going the natural route until my BF gets down to around 10-12%. I have a long way to go. So far, I have lost 8 lbs and over three inches on my waste. From nearly 46 inches to 42.5. Comments as you will. The first pic is me on 3/4/13

a decade off

i took a long period of time off once, i think mine was 3 years, i think it was good for me, it made me appreciate the iron even more when i started back. the iron and aas together make me feel alive, alive like nothing else can. keep on, because u muscles will remember and slowly come back to what they were.

I don't know if I'll ever be as strong as I was when I was younger, but I am sure going to try. I will have to say, all those years not trying to bust my gut lifting big weights has sure made my joints feel better. Mentally, I look forward to feeling good again.
