From my earlier post, I know I am fat. I have not had my BF tested, but I believe I am somewhere in the high 20's to low 30's. I weigh 232 at 5'11. I started with cardio and calisthentics for the first two weeks and included weights on the third week. I am a long way from the 240 and 10% BF I was a decade ago. I am going the natural route until my BF gets down to around 10-12%. I have a long way to go. So far, I have lost 8 lbs and over three inches on my waste. From nearly 46 inches to 42.5.
