Hey fellow PM members, I need some input on a couple questions. So I'm going to be 3 weeks out from my comp on April 5th as of tomorrow. I'm having a problem losing the back fat. I realize that it's what usually comes off last. I was 7 point calipered at 4.28 % bodyfat but I know Im not that lean. I'm more like 5.5-6.5. My waist is 28 7/8 and I bought shorts for Mens Physique for 28 inch waist. When I put them on they look great, but from the back, my back fat hangs over a little bit and that will look bad on stage. I really like these boardshorts and I dont want to use my 30'' ones. My back fat is calipered at 8 mm and im trying to get it down to 3 mm. Do you believe 3 weeks is enough, if so how much cardio should I be doing.
I take Yohimbine HCL and use a neoprene waist wrap to increase the blood flow to my adipocytes like stubborn parts (lower back, lower ab). Should I up my cardio to twice a day? I do low intensity for 40 minutes fasted.
