Need your feedback.
About to come off 5 weeks of IGF after a nice cycle. I want to lean out over the next 4 weeks. I do well when dieting on low carbs. This time I wanted to try just taking in carbs post W/O. I'm currently training mon, wed, fri. Basically, Ironman HIT style. Love it! What do you think about the carbs only post W/O? Also, was considering using insulin during post W/O feeding as well.
