I’m 4 weeks into my 20 week cycle this is my 4 week “progress” in quotes because I have made almost none unfortunately I need to get my training and eating right ASAP and make some changes also adding T3 Clen and cardarine in 2 weeks.

Gimme a standard days worth of eating
Fast all day eat one big meal when I’m off work i drink milk eat eggs and protein shakes mainly and eat pepperoni stick and beef jerky don’t eat much carbs at all lately if I track my calories I hit 2100 a day that is suppose to keep me on track for weight loss. It is thanksgiving in Canada though so right now I eat leftover. Diet advice for getting shredded and building muscle?

Where you’re at you’re not going to be able to build muscle at the same time as getting that last bit of fat off

It's almost pointless giving advice in today's society. No one Fucking listens. Can't tell you how many diets I've wrote out and see them the next day eating a 1500 calorie salad thinking they are on the right track. I gave up.
Just like this kid why the hell is he on test?
You can tell him he needs to get everything else in check but at the end of the day he's going to do the same shit then get fed up in a month because he didn't get results and quit.
 
@Pratt, now you know that taking AAS does not automatically mean you’ll be a shredded monster of a man.

Your diet breakdown above was lackluster at best. Please break it down per day and provide 7 days worth. Times, weights of what your eating, etc. Your diet dictate’s your gains. Those gains will be sloppy and shitty, or lean hardened muscle.

Personally my advice is to come off your AAS. Hopefully your taking under-dosed or bunk stuff. This way you haven’t hampered your natural testosterone levels too bad. Your too young to be using AAS unless you plan to compete!

Also, please break down for us your training. Do you do, 3x week, 4x week, 5x week, etc.
