Sorry for the late reply guys I've been busy the last few days and I have not been able to get on the net any. CD I'm about 375 now down from 400 , I'm hoping to get down to about 320 by the end of this fall. I'm not really on a diet, just started to eat three fairly healthy meals a day with 2 protein shakes. The main reason is that since we have moved out on the farm I've got a hell of alot more chores to do so I stay on the move until dark everyday then lift four days a week. I sure don't need any GPP work.LOL!!! ICE I'm not to sure, I haven't been on the platform in about 2 years and I bombed then. My goals for this meet in June is Squat:800-? Bench:550-600 Deadlift:700-725. I'll know about the squat tommorrow night, we're thowing the gear on and working up to find a opener.
