2)45 degree back raise with cambered bar 3x10
3)CHG back raised 12" 3x10
4)Shrugs 225,275,315,365x10
5)DB curls 40,45,50x10
6)The Wheel 4x20
I am very happy with the PR, the last rotation I missed 570 twice in the same workout. I actually got crushed, which it is a very rare day when that happens in the squat.
