1. Reverse Average Band BP: 135x2x3, 185x3, 225x1 Felt heavy as hell...225x1 I had wanted to triple it and with more attention to my set-up it would have been pretty easy, my I was mentally not there so I only did a single again, 275x1, 315x1, 335xMissx2 Could not get the left arm in a position where the elbow came above my body on the misses, pulling the bar out of the rack really fucked me up.

2. 5 Board Press: 315xCould not get it out of the J-Hooks...
3. Lockouts: 315xCould not get the bar off the pins...
4. SSB JM Press: 135x4x8
5. Chins: 1x5, 3x4
6. Blast Strap Pushup's: 4x5 Get to see Crashes new daughter yesterday and on the way out I noticed he had some Blast Straps...and I had pieces to make my own...two motorcycle tie downs and two single handle cable attachments. This was friggin' hard as hell, I was shaking all over the place

2. Squat Set-up's: 515x10 seconds, 565x5 Seconds, 615xCounting to 5 very fast! Just wanted to get the feel of some heavy weight on my back...had a hard time holding onto the 615.

5. Vertical Leg Press: Average and Light Bandsx2x20
6. Shrugs: 200x3x12
7. Standing Ab's: 4x15 with a Strong Band
