I see his posts regurely and nobody ever gives him a post till I stepped in, not trying to be ashole but this is the powerlifting / strongman side of the board and I wanted to see where he comes from. Maybe he is sticking somewhere or is needing feedback for change in his workout routine. So take it anyway U want man and the welcome matt is out anytime u wanna lift or count with me.

I been around since 98 from the UG / Renegade so I Here you.
I will always here to back a fellow board member as well. You did not know me well untill today but U lashed out at me with some name calling and thats fine. I have no problem with you and lets let well enough alone so we go on with other things. BTW I am 5'9 228 I max at 535 and have topped 225 for as many as 56. I do not use a shirt but only elbow raps.

Who gives a fuck about how many times you can do 225, In powerlifting the name of the game is a one rep max. So by you stating how many times you can do a weight really doesn't spark much interest from powerlifters, it kind of makes us think your not very smart if your training for strength this way. And by the way was the 535 in the gym or at a meet? What's your squat and deadlift numbers? Just wondering!!!
 
Wow! What a cock. I didn't post my cool down set as some kind of bragging right. I personally know many people that can do more than that and my HUGE ego can handle that :rolleyes: If you feel like a bad ass with your elbow wraps than I am proud of you. Somehow I'm picturing your training partner holding onto the bar yelling "ALL YOU BRUTHA" for every rep ;)

BTW - There are many opinions I value on this board and your's isn't one of them. LONG LIVE THE FINA CREW :D
