Ive been into the low glycemic food type diet for many years now,the only time i eat high GI foods are post workout in maybe liquid form,Lucozade,Gatorade etc and maybe a weekly cheat meal,it concerns me raising insulin with all of the supposed dangers of sugar,i train alot in various sports so it isnt just 3-4 times a week with weight lifting,sometimes it can be every day,sometimes twice a day,is there an alternative?maybe a high GI fruit drink welches purple grape juice{full of anti oxidants}?or something slightly healthier on the system???does any body else have opinions on this?Thankyou in advance
