Great to hear man and that’s what I was trying to get it in my previous post. It clears the excess histamine which is causing most of the issues. It’s the key piece in all of this.@bbxtreme just the DAO completely improved brutally my experience with TREN, never felt that good on it like now....

It absolutely helps with sleep. I'm not using tren right now but I'm still using DAO given my high androgen load. I intend to use DAO year-round.That is awesome.
@ BBX - well done man. Very cool thread.
Does this help w sleep?
That’s the worst part for me.
Can’t sleep a wink on it.
I don’t get any of the other sides most have w Tren but I can’t sleep a dang wink.
I get some rage but I can control it (most of the time) only bc I’m very aware of it and too old and tired to act it out. Lol.
Thanks my man. Excess histamine can completely disrupt sleep. I would highly suggest adding in DAO for that alone. That is awesome.

I've used plant-based and pork-based and had success with both. I'm actually combining them right now.Great, thanks! Can you confirm this @danieltx ?

I have been on the DAO and anti histamine, no tren, just to help with sleep and I can say one big improvement is my lack of a nose full of crusty boogers every morning.

The more I continue to dive into the research around histamine and androgens I believe DAO should be a staple in a bodybuilders daily supplement stack.
So in short you would advice to keep estrogen on the lower end of normal?Bumping this thread just to mention a rarely discussed "detail":
Our mast cells have receptors for estrogens. When estrogens bind to the mast cell receptor, they causes more histamine to be released. At the same time, estrogen also has the ability to often down-regulate DAO enzyme activity. Furthermore, the relationship between histamine and estrogen is bidirectional: histamine can induce estrogen synthesis.
This might be why those who swear by low Test/high Tren often report less sides.
Just saying that massive androgens load coupled with E2 out of control likely makes the issue worse. So in short you would advice to keep estrogen on the lower end of normal?
Yep also sleep for me is better but I use also 5mg Melatonin before bedThat is awesome.

DAO is just help my the body to metabolize the excess histamine. It’s not blocking receptors like Benadryl will. So you’re restoring balance in the body essentially. In short, DAO won’t make you feel hungover. Quite the opposite once you clear the excess histamine.Nice. Good to hear.
I sleep fine when not on Tren
Some gear wires me a bit so I use a tab of Benedryl to knock me out at times and it does the job well - except for Tren. Tren just laughs at anything I take including Ambien (unless I take a higher dose).
Since Benedryl is an anti-histamine and that’s where the sedation comes from as we know, wouldn’t DOA and the others also have a sedative effect?
I can’t be a zombie at work.
