A Solution to Tren- Understanding Histamine and how to regulate it

Kurt havens iirc said tren ace has a higher prostaglandin response than long esters. =shortness of breath and sweating.

Also I THINK he
Said that they saw
Better growth in cattle with ace, because the prostaglandin response also rubs satellite cells the right way or something.

@Mufasa123 for adrenals….low dose pregnenolone after tren is nice. I did like 15mg before bed for 10
Days or so

What still baffles me is how little work guys on here want to do. He could have answered his own question in 2 seconds on Google. 😂
On that topic, I bought a monster today and saw it had 180% daily nutrition of B6 in it. Which got me thinking, I wonder if I could drink monster to lower prolactin? Ya turns out that’s only like 2mg… thank god I googled it first before asking someone 😂

What is long term and what is the issue with Benadryl, thank you!
If Benadryl or other types of anticholinergics have been your go-to. You could supplement with cholinergic supplements - such as alpha GPC, citicoline, choline L-bitartrate and L-carnitine, preferably acetyl-L-carnitine.

I personally stack 1000mg acetyl-L-carnitine, 600 alpha GPC along with 400mg Synthetine.

As a side note. I don't fear thee spurious TMAO mongering.

There’s a few studies out there indicating that the metabolite of Berberine, dihydroberberine, interferes with the production of TMAO in the gut.

For those who are worried about it, that is

Metformin apparently does too.

As does the organosulfur of garlic- allicin. The bioavailability and enzymatic irreversible degradation is questionable. Not all allicin supplements are created equal.

Long term benadryl isn't very healthy. I do fine with DOA and Claritin
Yea it makes me drowsy which is good but also hot as fuck so not a summer favorite

Huge shoutout to @bbxtreme for coming through again and again. His above suggested supps with Zyrtec has been an absolute godsend. GERD/acid reflux practically gone and has even improved my zombie mood as well.

What supps did you add sleshy?

What confuses me is 1st detachment (Justin Harris) sleep supplement has a fuxkton of alcar in it.

Alcar used to stimulate me (I think). It’s been a long time

Kidney beef - Dao
Stinging Nettle
Holy Basil
Quercetin
Zyrtec

Total game changer. Drastically reduced acid reflux, zombie brain fog and night sweats.

Awesome that's definitely encouraging, thinking of dipping my toe into Tren again it's been a while.

Mind if I ask what your reasoning is for each one?

@bbxtreme said take the above - so I took the above. If you start at the beginning of his post he explains how Tren damages mast cells and increases histamine. These “natural” remedies seem to really help along with the Zyrtec.

Read my article in the opening post. It explains the reasoning for each. 😊

What amounts and dosing schedule are you doing?

I’d be willing to bet good money that these questions have been answered (multiple times) with links and exact mg amounts/schedules multiple times in this thread… just a hunch. 😂

Out of curiosity would hiccups be considered part of the histamine reaction to Tren?

Hiccups can fall under mast cell activation syndrome, yes. In the case of tren it’s often associated so if you implemented the above along with the right gut support items you could likely reduce or eliminate them.

ive only had one episode of hiccups since starting these products and it was on a day i used oral winstrol. so far this is a game changer

I made it two wks and dropped the tren. It didn’t work using the antihistamine protocol for me. Matter of fact I got the worst heartburn Iv ever had in my life and Iv had a lot. Guy just unraveled finally.
