aahhh painful shot

me and my buddy were goin to take our hcg today i got 100u.i 29 guage insulin pins and we were going to shoot 2 shots sub-q into our abdominal area and he did a little bit and he was in crazy pain he pulled out and didnt finish it. there is alittle lump were he shot what did we do wrong. no one around here does hcg so we cant look for help anywhere else. we were the first to use insulin and hgh in our town, theres just no knowledge out here for use on these topics

nerve..blood vessel.. could be just a fluke.. tell you bud to suck it up and try again lol..i have had only one bad shot using hcg..it burned like hell.. probably hit a nerve or blood vessel..no biggie..

I'm pretty sensitive to a lot of different things via sub-q. I've always used hcg IM, never sub-q.

SQ injections get absorbed by the body slower than IM so if you were looking for it to get into your body super slow (no gyno?) i think SQ HCG would work best. dave palumbo says you can do HCG SQ or IM.

|--[\\\]>------------ Well, we all know H20 based stuff always stings/hurts going in. happens with WV and suspension. i only do HCG IM. i suggest doing it taht way, get a larger gauge needle, so it goes in faster, then it wont sting as bad.

I thought it was the other way around. IM injections are absorbed slower into the body than sub-q.

Thats why hgh HAS to be sub-q because it will absorb too slow if done IM or in fatty tissue and the half life will be reached before the majority of it is used by the body.

I always heard that insulin hit you quiker IM?

as far as the hcg, I take mine Im with no problems
But Ive seen this thread before and it was about a 50-50 split
on guys that take it Im Vs SubQ

IM injections are faster acting than SQ because there is more blood vessels around/ in muscle tissue than the fatty tissue under your skin.

Sub Q is slower, as the absorbtion is slowed in this process. IM is faster. Another thing that can cause sub Q shots to hurt is going too fast. With these the slower the better. Also the slower you go the less likely it will bruise. I used Kyno sub Q for awhile and my girl didn't know and saw the nasty bruise that I had and thought that I had a hernia. Wanted me in the hospitol on the double. Had to convince her that I pinched it in my belt somehow. That was even harder cause she was almost always at the gym and new I hardly ever wear a belt. lol
