Has anyone been to any of the Animal Barbell Club meets? It is hard to miss the Cages at the Arnold and the Olympia. They seem to be held at the hardcore gyms all over now.

I've been to many all over the country.

It is very motivating having an opportunity to train around guys as advanced as Evan, House or Vinny G and is very cool to be able to come out and support the old school hardcore gyms that have become a dying breed.

If you're from NJ, Wynn, you should check one out. There will be several in the greater Jerz/Philly/NYC area before the end of the year.
