Just throwing this out there for anyone that may benefit.
I'm 36 and haven't always had the best posture, sleeping positions, lifting form, etc, so I've tried out a few different chiropractors. Mostly traditional adjustments on the back, neck, hips, and a lot of guided stretching.
I recently made a new friend with an ABC practice so I decided what the hell, lets see what it's all about. Basically ABC focuses on correcting the spines natural tendency to move forward as we age and the adhesions that form in the spine because of the need to stabilize.
I wouldn't do any justice trying to explain to you what an ABC treatment looks like, so just YouTube it. Lots of very small and subtle adjustments while standing and big stretches to break adhesions. Very uncomfortable at first...kind of the same feeling as rolling your quads. The more you do it, the softer and more supple the tissue gets.
Frankly, I'm amazed. I looked like a hunch-back compared to my current posture. Admittedly my squatting was always pretty ugly...more mid-foot instead of driving through the heels. I'm now driving through the heels. My center of gravity has completely changed for the better. I also walk out of the treatment feeling loose and relieved whereas I didn't really notice a difference with other traditional chiropractic treatment.
Strongly recommend you give it a try if you have an ABC practitioner near you. I'm in Raleigh-Durham, NC and can provide info on the place I go via PM if anyone needs it.
