hey all new to the board, and needing advice. 1st: stats are, 29yrs old 6' 208. size and strength are great, just finished a cyle of test winny and para. but still need to shed some fat around my abs. my goals are to get into bodybuilding (if it isn't too late in life) and see how far i can push my body. would like to get up to 240 w/ in the next full year. i have done aas on and off for about 10yrs.
question is do i need to worry about doing cardio now or just worry about bulking to get to the desired weight goal. now my diet is very clean, so i don't have a problem with gaining fat on a cycle, but would still like to get ripped as well. my next cycle will be test 250 deca and d-bol. now do you think that 500mg test and 400mg deca at 16 weeks will be enough to get me over that 220 hump? and yes my diet will be on point. or would it be best to add in some tren, winny, eq, etc.. at the end?
pct will be there too along with some hcg. any advice would be great.
