Bad post...posted before reading the newbie guide. Sorry for inferring anything. Jumped the gun I guess you could say. I've been training hard for awhile. Up to about 190 now on a weight gainer couple times a day and eating multiple meals that's it. Love what you guys are doing. I'm personally not looking to compete, just look trying to do as good for myself as possible.

Also, I work in sales...not an "officer" but I do understand from the previous post which is the reason for the edit.
