ALA and Glutamine Dosages ???
What are the best dosages for both? When do you take them?
What brand do you like?
I have heard 1000mg/ed for ALA will help burnfat, protect the liver and act as a mild aas(PrimoDepot) True???
Glutamine 3000mg/ed 1000 morning, noon and bedtime. True???

those dosages look pretty acurate to me.....I've heard different dosages but those are the usuall and seem to be the most affective. You might even want to go up to 4000mg of glutamine but 3000 will do you just as good.
