Ive tried the oatmeal shakes but always seem a little lumpy 4 me..
But might give em a go with the honey as mentioned...
Maybe try adding pappaya to your oats, I take a few slices of pappaya and mash it up in the oats, tastes good (well IMO ) and gives you the benefit of getting the digestive enzymes also.
