Alton Brown Protein Bars

Just wanted to share this link with everyone. He makes protein bars and granola bars. I replace the fruit with light cottage cheese and a scoop of protein powder and they are great. Just wanted to share!

Didn't find any video but found the recipe. Personally I don't like his demeanor I don't know its like he's trying too hard to be funny or something and he's too dry. Anyway, his recipe is for soy protein which I suppose we would all just sub out. Not bad but then again on general principle I might just pass on these bars and make a shake with the powder
