Whats Anabolex ?

Bolex and Elite are two in the same.

Unfortunately, after a board seems to get so large, they cave in to accepting flames and posts from those who really don't have correct answers.

Those boards unfortunately become nothing more than chat boards, which is unfortunate because both nave some really good vets that are there.

They also seem to draw attention from "the wrong people" as well

I've been a 'bolex member for a couple years. Hope they arent down for good. I've been around here fof a while - I remember when it first started it was professionalbodybuilding.com - I kind of followed over here from rippedmass. I do more listening than talking though.

apparently down for a server switch is all, though it's taking longer than expected. Nothing to worry too much about.

And yeah, being high profile means Anabolex gets a hell of a lot of newbies, attention seekers, rif-raf, people that have no idea or, worst, those looking for a quick hookup. I'd like to hope that Anabolex is a whole lot different to EF though, being that it is largely a non-profit community, and we have some good vets there, I've heard. Not to mention the mods - what a fine collection of humans, I've heard.

Very different to here though, and that's where diversity counts! Doesn't hurt in a few other areas too, but that's for another thread... IronMike

ha yeah I heard the mods over there were rather ugly hahah I like the Aussie section of anabolex as has all local events etc from my part world head there often
