What is everyone's thoughts on the following two options
1. anabolic diet
less than 30g carbs then 40-50% fats and 50% protein then carb load on the weekends
2. traditional diet---- lots of carbs and protein
trying to lean bulk
i am trying the anabolic diet right now and i am losing fat and staying the same weight---- up a couple of pounds. i am eating 4k-5k calories a day from fats and protein and hardly any carbs, then carbing up on weekends with low fats and low protein. I am going to start my next cycle in 4 weeks and i was wondering which diet i should go with
