Anastrozole dose

What dose of anastrozole has been efficient for you guys when taking around 500mg of test a week? I have always used 1mg a day but that is getting really expensive. has anyone taken .5mg every day and experienced no extrogenic sides. i already have some gyno in my right peck (because i used nothing at all) and do not want to inflame it any further.

I think dossage all depends on how prone you are to sides but at just 500mgs per week .5mg should be fine . I usually take 1mg every 3rd day with no problems .

Did you try any Femara for the gyno? I read on a board (can't remember which one) where someone used it and his mild gyno subsided! I know this sounds weird but I didn't see where anyone challenged this occurence.

I'm VERY suseptible to e-related gyno. On my last cycle I was on (at certain times in the cycle) 600mg prop, 600mg EQ, 75mg Tren ED, 50mg Winny ED and used 1/3mg of Liquid Anastrozol ED thru post cycle clomid. No bloat, no high BP - until near the end of Fina phase (it seems to always raise my BP).

My plan in next cycle that's posted at http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=318 has me on 1050mg TNE and 2.5mg letrozole. I've never tried letrozole yet, but looking forward to it as it's suppose to increase IGF-1 activity rather than reduce it as anastrozole does.

I personally use .5mg EOD of Arimidex and 20 mg Nolva on the alternate day. Seems to work great for me. Also helps keep the cost down.

On 500mg test (fairly small dose) you sure as hell dont need img arimidex a day. Id use .25mg 2-3x wk. Maybe also include clomid 2-3x wk also on alternating days. Both are long acting drugs.

general rule of thumb...

use 0.25mg ED for each 250mg of Test/week. So again, 600mg/wk of test, I'd use 0.5mg ED of arimidex.

Most people are happy with just 1/4mg per day, some even EOD!!

Then again, it depends on your genetics.

I have a few friends who pump 2-3g per week and take NO anti-E's and have NO sides!!

I would suggest you will just have try 1/4mg per day for 2-3 weeks, if it doesnt help you, then up the 1/4mg day to 1/2mg per day and try that for the next 2-3 weeks. As soon as it works, STOP increasing the dose.

Sooner or later, you will figure out your lowest effective dose for your body.
