Well today after warming up at 135, 225, and then going to 315 I pulled my left peck on the 7th rep and had to have my partner pull the weight off of me. I have no discoloration or tremendous swelling and I can still flex it but I couldn't do no shoulder presses on the hammer strength machine. I have been cutting my calories back because I have been hitting some very good looking pussy and now this. Plus I pull off my cycle at the end of this month and take a 30 to 60 day break.
I wanted to fucking cry and then I remember all the shit Dorian tore and pulled. So that gave me inspiration because I am real close to pressing 400. I went ahead and finished the rest of workout because I am doing doggcrapps method and I love it. I have minimum pain but I went ahead and took some tylenol and drank 4 beers with a steak dinner. I am miserable about the whole thing.
How long do you think until I am ready to go again.
