I agree and as stated I tried humalog worked great, but it was a pain in the ass carrying my slin with me to take it immediately after working out and such. Then I tried it with the vanadyl and had similar response. I might go back to small doses just for the sake of recuperating a little faster. Getting older sux LOL.

You don't need to do that....
Just go home, have your meal, the shoot Log.

Humalog is a POSTPRANDIAL insulin....just use it as it is.

Shooting Postwo or Prewo usually is done with meals not RIGHT prewo or post.... Log Insulin has a window of action of like 3-4h you have time for everything.

The state I live in does things differently most of the time. I'll just go to the pharmacy and ask for novolin r? I hope it's that easy!!

Growth is a must with slin. I tried slin only for a summer in my mid 20s just cutting out fat after my shot. I was a whale for the longest time. It’s always worked great for me with gh.
