Need help with my 2nd cycle. Bro's,mods,everyone please read?
I'd love as many responses as possible to this thread. Even if someone said something similar please respond anyway. Ok, my next cycle is gonna be a test/winny cycle and im only looking to add about 10lbs all lean. Im about 215lbs right now around %15 b/f and I want to start my cycle when I hit 200lbs which i'll get down to natually. Im gonna be lean at 200lbs but I want to drop another 12-15lbs so im very lean before I start my cycle. I only want to use gear to add muscle and not while dieting, so I wanna run two clen/t3 cycles but be on AAS while doing it. Here is my plan.
Weeks 1-4 50mg Winny ED
Weeks 2-12 500mg test cyp
Weeks 8-12 50mg Winny ED
I figure i'll run my first T3 cycle when I start my winny for 2weeks and then take 2weeks off and run another one. That way i'll have winny in me to stay anabolic while running t3 and get leaner. Then by the week 6mark im ready to start adding muscle and i've got test in me for another 8weeks and winny for the last 4. Hows that sound for my goals? All advice is appreciated.
 
Just some observations:

Your diet is going to be MUCH MORE important in obtaining your goals that you described than the cycle.

Why don't you use test in first week?

I always preach to finish a cycle with fast-acting test so can effectively begin PCT more effectively - read that DR Swale post that dragonfire posted. Last 2 weeks, switch to either TNE or prop.

Well, I only wanted to run the Cyp weeks 2-12 b/c that 10weeks but technically its still gonna be in me for another 2weeks so thats 12weeks of test. I don't want to be on any longer than that. I plan on using HCG the week of my last shot and then following it by clomid/nolva after finishing the HCG. I basically just wanted to run two t3 cycles without losing muscle, so thats why I planned the cycle that way. Maybe this helps more
Weeks 1-4 Winny 50mg ED
weeks 1-2 T3/clen
Weeks 2-12 Cyp 500mg
weeks 4-6 T3/clen
Weeks 8-12 50mg ED
 
If you only want to add ten pounds of lean muscle, then why take any AS? You could do this naturally with your eyes closed, and it would last 10x longer if or when you quit working out. To each his own, but why put up with the potential side effects for ten pounds? Best of luck regardless of what you decide to do.

When I say 10lbs im talking 10lbs of muscle. Thats not water or fat. Too many people gain 30+ lbs on a cycle and think its all muscle. Most of that weight is water and fat but people don't know the diff. Why is it that most pro's come in around the same weight every year if not maybe 5lbs heavier. Naturally your luck to put on about 5lbs of solid muscle ever year if your an average gainer. The only way you will ever know is if you diet for a contest.

To me your cycle seems off and really doesnt pertain to what you have set out to do??? Im confused by it??

you say want to to diet down like a total of 25lbs naturally then kick in AAS when youve reached this goal to then put on 10lbs of solid muscle????

WHY NOT diet down USING clen and t3 Drop 10lbs then eat correctly while adding AAS into the program while then loosing 10lbs more????? becoming lean and FULL rather then flat as a pancake trying to use AAS to bail you out. Cause if you drop a whole lets say 30lbs your gonna lose some muscle with that and then you wanna build it back with only 10 lbs ??

Its just that I wanted to use t3 and I hear you must be on AAS while on t3 to not burn muscle. Im going to diet down to 200lbs naturally. I'll be there easily in about a month. Then I wanted to drop another 10lbs or so which are very hard to drop since i'll be lean already. Thats why I wanted to incorperate clen/t3 for 2 cycles and get to around 190lbs. That way i'll have about 6weeks of AAS in me while dieting and then up my protien and carbs for the other 8weeks on my cycle to add some muscle. So it would be a 14week cycle, 6weeks dieting and 8weeks gaining lean mass.

try it and see what happens , it could turn out good, I just think you should be dieting while on AAS to help you maintain your muscle and not loose any, 30lbs is a good amount of weight.

The key is NUTRITION, esp for goals you stated.

My original mentor said this of gear - it is the great equalizer, not the magic pill! Said you can mess up more on your diet and still make gains. But - if you dial-in your diet you'll surpass most. (and he worked DIRECTLY with Bill Pearl)

In all your posts you're focused on the magic pill - gear - how much, what kind, how often, etc.

i agree with xcelbeyond completely on this one, i am not one to push my opinion, you are free to do as you please obviously, but you you expecting alot out of your aas. have you tried going on an extreme deit, i always think of AAS as a way to better utalize what i am putting in to my body. and if you really want to try doing a cycle try bulking up abit then near the end cutting, i am sure you will see better results with that. it just seems like you have put alot of time into a cycle that you think can morph you body, but the reality is you are only going to get what you put into it if you go extreme on deit and training you will see good results and be happy.
 
Ok maybe I should have been more clear. I do know how to diet. Back in Aug I competed in the Pacific USA naturals(I was natural then, first cycle was October) I know how to diet, train and do cardio. I wan't to run another AAS cycle but to gain muscle. Im about 212lbs right now around 14% b/f. At 200lbs I'll be around %10 b/f. Thats still not lean enough for me before I start my AAS(clean bulk cycle) To get to around 190lbs arund 7% b/f is very hard to do natually, especially for me since I was a fatty in high school. Those last 10lbs will come off much easier with a proper diet and t3/clen. I don't want to be on t3 without an aas in me so I can keep muscle and only burn fat. Thats why I wanted to frontload with winny and run a clen/t3cycle, then after 2weeks of that run 2weeks with an eca and then do one more t3/clen cycle. By that time the winny will be out of me but the test will be kicked in. Then after that t3/clen cycle i'll be at my target weight and ready to bulk again and gain some lean mass with 8weeks worth of test left and 4weeks at the end with more winny. Hopefully this thread made sense :)

|--[\\\]>---------- Is that all you can get your hands on? if not, i would say WV, prop. and Eq wold be a much better choice. You should start your test and WV and Eq all on week one. I say run the WV all the way through as well...maybe a 10-12 week cycle. The winnyV requires a lot, but you dont have to inj. yourself, ou can get oral winnyV. Also, the prop. is much faster acting than the cyp and you don't tend to hld as much H20 on it. if you do use cyp, try and get some arimidex with it. as well. I say never diet with out AAS...gotta do what you can to NOT drop any muslce while dieting.
 
With each post you confuse me more and more. You act like you are an old pro and know exactly how everythings going to work on you. Is this your 2nd cycle or 32nd. I think you are making things way too complicated. Have you ever heard of KISS (Keep it simple stu). Just do it already! Good luck.
 
Hey I treat AAS usuage seriously. I don't "just do it." Thats why I don't wanna waste my time being on AAS while dieting, go through PCT and then hop back on again to bulk. I'd rather do as few AAS cycles as I can to get the most gains I can the correct and safe way.
