Anyone eat pork??

It is old news already that Pork meat is leaner than beef. It is also way cheaper. You can find cheap trays of pork tenderloin at Walmart.

I'm trying to find a source for Ostrich eggs. You pin a hole in the shell, suck the egg white and there's like 50 grams of protein right there.

Yup- post more smart dude. Really

As I have mentioned in the Recipe forum that Pork is often shunned by diet purists, and what a shame. Not only is it more flavourful than chicken, but some cuts are almost as low in fat while still boasting the requisite protein power. Pork tenderloin is the filet mignon of pork — it’s the most tender, as well as the leanest portion, of the meat.

I know it, I'm a hogass. I'm not willing to give up bacon at this point in life.

I buy a whole pig (butchered) for $1.89 pound, including hams and bacons and your choice of two types of sauasage.
Also, my research has led me to believe that animal fats are not fattening.

Just took a 12lb pork shoulder out of the oven. An old girlfriend taught me how to make pernil.

Great option for the pig out day:D

Food of the gods!!! When made right, it tastes like what I imagine angel pussy to taste like!

the leanest portion of pork is the tenderloin. its also the driest due to lack of fat. personally, i cant stand that.

Try Harris Teeter. I don't know if that still have them but I know they did a few years ago when there was a big craze over them because of all the protein.

I find this to be the case also. i eat 5 pork loins every day as there cheap and its 150 grams of quality protein. With 10 eggs a day on top thats over 200 gram of quality protein before you even consider everything else you eat.

Does anyone know if theres a big difference between pork loin and tenderloin? I have pork loin as its cheap and we get bulk offers in tescos. When i see what you americans pay for meat i wanna cry-meat is expensive in the uk:mad:
