I'm trying to find a source for Ostrich eggs. You pin a hole in the shell, suck the egg white and there's like 50 grams of protein right there.

Ham can be lean, but both have sodium nitrates. Which you don't want a lot of.


I'm pretty sure pork has a higher bio-avaliability than beef as well.

the leanest portion of pork is the tenderloin. its also the driest due to lack of fat. personally, i cant stand that.

Try Harris Teeter. I don't know if that still have them but I know they did a few years ago when there was a big craze over them because of all the protein.

I find this to be the case also. i eat 5 pork loins every day as there cheap and its 150 grams of quality protein. With 10 eggs a day on top thats over 200 gram of quality protein before you even consider everything else you eat.

Does anyone know if theres a big difference between pork loin and tenderloin? I have pork loin as its cheap and we get bulk offers in tescos. When i see what you americans pay for meat i wanna cry-meat is expensive in the uk
