Just a question why do we not see many meal prep with tenderloin. Fairly lean meat and his damn good off the grill.

My full proof receipt is easy and juicy as hell. Rub down with mustard. Coat with Ragin Cajun and mesquite. Throw directly over charcoal for 15 minutes and then flip for 10 more. Done.

I eat lean pork for my protein source for 1 meal everyday. Probably my favourite!
 
I haven't cooked it much, but my instinct would be to start it in the smoker then move to the crock pot. I'm hoping some of our chefs chime in here.

Just cooked up 2kg, I love it. It's in the regular rotation, beef, chicken and pork

Got another 4kg to be cooked some time this week (y)

Cool, I hadn't seen Ragin Cajun at the stores but I'll have to keep my eye out. And when you say mesquite, is that a seasoning you're talking about? I know I absolutely love cooking over mesquite wood.
 
Yes Sir Mesquite seasoning. Most all stores carry the Ragin Cajun. I usually just grab it at Walmart or Kroger. I think the real key to cooking it is hot and fast no matter what seasoning you choose

I’m not much of a pork guy, but i just got that giant ass ninja double basket air fryer, might throw some in there….
 
We use to eat alot of pork but was all wild pugs we caught and fed out. Its much leaner , cleaner and has a better taste ( in my opinion)
Pork loin definitely lean and woube a great addition to a diet , IF you digest it well. It seems that it digest pretty slow for alot of people and causes gas in some , more so than other red meat.

Catch a 30-40 pound shoat , feed then out with fruit for a few weeks (get old fruit from the grocery for free) , split it in half and slow cook smoker 😍😍
 
Love me a good pork loin!!!! Ya know Walmart sells a pre-seasoned one here that’s actually surprisingly good. The wife picks it up every so often and I’m always surprised that its flavor is so good!

I never trust pre-seasoned meat from stores, but this one is an exception.

Delicious better than steak in my book chicken for sure, digests well, just doesn't fill me up like other meat. I could literally just keep eating pork imo not satiating

yeah its great. I think most ppl just associate pork with fatty meats not realizing it depends on the cut. for most of my adult life i thought that without ever researching it at all.
