Just a question why do we not see many meal prep with tenderloin. Fairly lean meat and his damn good off the grill.
My full proof receipt is easy and juicy as hell. Rub down with mustard. Coat with Ragin Cajun and mesquite. Throw directly over charcoal for 15 minutes and then flip for 10 more. Done.
