Throw the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker....now you have pulled pork. Delicious.

I lived in North Carolina for 8 years. We either used a pork shoulder or we cooked a whole hog for pulled pork. Man that was some good shit.

Love tenderloin or loin.

I grab primals when on sale at Costco. Cut into chops, grind it for lean ground, cut it into strips for "pork fingers' for air frying etc.

Such a versatile meat, healthy, cheap, and you dont have to cook the shit out of it like chicken. Cant go wrong.

With regards to pork (or any meat) cooked in the slow cooker. There's a lot of fat which comes off and I tend to throw it out.

Does anyone know how this effects the macros?

Found some easy peasy recipe online.

Massaged a 2 lb boneless skinless slab (lean) in 2Tbl Avocado Oil in sodium free pork rub and tossed it in the Air Fryer for
25m @ 400*

I picked some up 2 days ago @ Costco. $2.69/lb

My mom was a Yankee and she hated frying stuff but the one thing she would fry regularly were pork chops - one of my favorite meals as child. I'd always eat at least two and this is at like 8 years old.

OK I'll play along. I was just about to pick up pork butt at Costco to make pulled pork on the smoker (and I make DAMN good pulled pork). But it's really hard to separate out the fat and we're coming out of a holiday season where our self-control went to shit, so...

Pork loin coated with paprika, onion and garlic powders, salt and a generous coating of fresh ground black pepper. Smoking at 300 degrees over a hickory blend, then in a while I'll transfer it to the crock pot with some chicken broth and cook til it falls apart.
