I tried doing calves with what I know was clean gear and I had issues. I was able to do a course of syntherol w/o issue. I don't do anymore than 1cc anywhere other than glutes in a single shot. I'll do 1cc in medial and another 1cc in rear delt. 1 cc in inner and 1cc in outer bicep and 1cc in different areas of pecs etc. Anything more than that causes me issues.
