im scared to loose size (or having it be harder to put on lean muscle) and loosing strength if i do them.
distance runners are thin and gangly looking. world class sprinters generally have heavily muscled physiques. i doubt you'll lose size. just eat more protein and fats if you do. as for strength loss, you might lose some at first but explosive movements tend to build strength. you just might squat a bit more after a few weeks of sprints.
