i fry 2 turkeys every year. i inject them with cajun seasoning and marinate them in the same. one gets fried on thanksgiving day and my mom roasts one.
friday morning we leave for my hunting property and the second one gets fried saturday night in the woods and consumed with friends around a big campfire with all of the leftovers form thanksgiving.
