I recently did. I have been researching MCT oil and I have incorporated that into my diet daily. I try to get 30-50g ED in shakes. I also have some nuts and cheese. Turkey burgers, chicken, fish, shakes, etc. So far it's going very well. No carb cravings.

I just started and down ~1.5lbs. I started this Monday or Tuesday I think. I'm hoping to keep my lean mass (or increase it). Keep your protein HIGH and if you can add some AAS or GH that'd be great for warding off any catabolism.
