I was thinking on a new routine. and was wondering if anyone here has done same or something similar. And what you think about results from it.
OK I only workout Monday through Friday. Maybe a Saturday if I miss a week day. And was thinking doing.
Monday =2 exercises for each body part except legs. Example chest 2 exercises then back 2 exercises shoulders 2 exercises and so on. Except legs. Then Tuesday just legs. Wedsday rest maybe cardio and abs. Thursday same as Monday. And Friday legs again. Saturday Sunday rest.
I'm 46 years young. I normally do the regular Monday chest tris, Tuesday back bis, Wednesday legs, Thursday shoulders traps, Friday light high reps of a little bit of every body part except legs.
Which you would prefer?
