Anyone using TRUE PROTEIN

Please post what your favorite protein blends or types of protein you use from them. I used to get the whey isolate cold filtration, just wanting to see what you really like from them. I know all of it is great quality. Thanks

The only thing I don't like about them is that their UPS delivery is long. It takes about 10 days for something to get to the east coast. Any quicker and the delivery charges are very expensive.

I've been using the cold filtered whey for a while now. Going to get some LBA's and D aspartic acid next go around as well.

Yes it does take about a week and a half to get my order on the east coast, but I already know that so I order before I'm out, and buy in bulk.
You can't beat the quality or the value.

I just got LBA's in limeade flavor. I take them straight and they taste like honney. Love it

x2. this will work well. the premium dutch chocolate is awesome as well....kind of hard to screw up chocolate after all.

i'm a huge fan of the whey isolate ion exchange (the dante/dc) mix.

just enough water to make a nice pudding like texture
