Needing a little help setting up a 10x3 program...anyone use this set/rep with success?
 
ive used it before, excellent for strength. if you have to break a plateau it's a great routine. i found that alternating this type of routine with a high volume, high rep routine is great to keep making gains.
 
weve done it in the past on a poliquin styles 3 way split trained over a 5 day period.

personally we did one compound exc per bodypart and paired up opposing bodyparts to avoid training forever..

ie weighted chins + close grip bp (tris)

some type of bench/dip + biceps

worked well as most things do for a time..
 
used it successfully as well great way to add volume while increasing density and strength...I usually did 7x3
