full_belly New member Registered Joined Jan 20, 2005 Messages 293 Feb 13, 2009 #3 weve done it in the past on a poliquin styles 3 way split trained over a 5 day period. personally we did one compound exc per bodypart and paired up opposing bodyparts to avoid training forever.. ie weighted chins + close grip bp (tris) some type of bench/dip + biceps worked well as most things do for a time..
