As I was leaving, I saw the UPS lady dropping off my chocolate peanut butter team skip mix, so I just threw it inside the door without thinking, because I was just going to the grocery store and was coming right back. I come back 10 mins later and it looks like Count Chocula was murdered in my apt, there is protein powder everywhere and my 2 dogs (who are 13 and 19lbs respectively) have these chocolate covered beards. I think I was able to salvage maybe a 1lb out of the 7lbs I bought. FML. I guess my dogs decided to start early, bulking for the winter.

Love the story- dogs rule! I would feed mine exclusively TP powder if I could (you seen that protein powder that Dr. Scott McConnelly from MetRx makes for dogs now- K9-Rx: maybe your dogs would like that daily???

Chocolate is not good for dogs, Chocolate can kill a dog.

yeah Em, I think the dogs did a better job just getting it everywhere than actually eating it, im sure a loose powder was pretty hard for them to get their mouth on.

Emeric- thanks for reminder about chocolate and dogs- I've had dogs for 40 years and I still forget this as most dogs want to eat chocolate of some sort, and I know it can be lethal but forget at a party, etc.

Few people know that grapes and raisins can kill a dog if they have enough in one sitting. Something in them can cause kidney failure within 24 hours. like too much tren for k-9's!

Well if your dog starts to bench more than you do I would get him off the protein. That could be down right humiliating!!
