Apple Vinegar?

Wel I tried this and it made things worse , i think my problem is to chronic that anything acidic irritates my stomach

I've just had an endoscopy and the doctor said I have a lot of imflamation due to reflux

really water it down then, it took awhile to get that inflamed nothing is instant and the pills just make it worse in the long run.

i took a shot of vingegar and my stomach was fine for days. I just can't swallow the crap. horrible taste.

Acid + Acid ====no stomach ache....weird thought, it worked for me.

yah, i would like to know about the acid in vinegar turns off the acid pumps in our stomach too.

it does work...i will try some honey and dillute to mask the horrible taste.

If you do honey, water and warm it up it's like a tea. The big thing isn't the swallowing its the fumes.
I do it straight out of the bottle I just hold my breath, breath through the mouth, and slam some water right after and it's fine.
Or I put a shot in a huge glass of water and treat it like lemon.

It's pretty basic....Something extremely acidic (vinegar=acetic acid) will buffer stomach acid production when ingested. Would probably work with any type of vinegar.....but go ahead and keep taking nexium, or whatever overpriced med your doctor prescribes....I'm sure it's worth the extra money.

i marinate all my meat with apple cider vinegar night before.

i also do not cook with any oils and only use apple cider

Also, acetic acid (the active component in ACV), upregulates the expression of genes for fatty acid oxidation enzymes in the liver causing a suppression in body fat accumulation, ACV contains chromium which can alter insulin levels.

I just started the ACV. Def need to dilute it, that stuff is rough strait. Maybe I will be able to get off omeprazol
