i was using pickle brine for muscle cramps cuz i got em pretty bad a few years ago, lats and bi's.
got expensive, switched to apple cider vinegar, 2tbsp's and worked like a charm. still use it for occasional muscle cramps and restless leg, just starting back to after dinner dose, digestion and the possible insulin benefits. i use generic store brand, no organic shit with the mother, aint worth the price and zero studies prove its better then the cheap stuff. acetic acid's all that matters.

I have a bottle of it sitting right on my counter everyday but for some reason always forget to take it. I guess I feel like I have enough damn things and that one gets put on the back burner. When I remember to actually use it I basically just take a giant chug twice a day. leaves me feeling like I just took a shot of 151.
