Ari And Nolva

thought best to post this in the beginner section.
Ok i have been cycling for many years , one subject that to this day that still sometimes leaves me baffled would be surrounding AI during cycles.

my next cycle i have run before, sometimes it causes some itchy nips and sometimes not , i have some gyno, dating all the way back to when i was a teen. but i dont believe i am exceptionally gyno prone, because it hasnt gotten bigger or smaller, rather just irritated and puffy on some cycles.

Ok now my cycle the first 6 weeks or so will be dbol/abombs ed its a combo i enjoy of low dose of each.

test e will be in there at 750mg a week and moderate dose of NPP .

I will be running Ari at a start of 0.5mg e3d and will increase as needed , i always started a bit to high previously and do suffer low libido and dry joints. so going to start lower and see. would love to try some aromasin , but have a lot of ari left and aromosin is tough to find here.

would it be at all necessary to run 10 or 20mg nolva ed for the weeks i run the orals , or just best to keep some on hand ?

if you have some gyno since teen, I may say your estrogen is not stable and it's better to see your doctor.
The test e dose is okay, but the Ari is low, the common dose is 0.5mg ed. you can also try the aromasin at the dose of 12.5-50mg ed,it's not very hard to get.
About the nolvadex, no hurry to use it in your cycle, just use what you have on hand is okay.
