Anyone have suggestions for exercises to increase definition and shape of the arms? My arms never really seem to have good definition, just mass, and that's even at 12% bf.
i had that problem for years.always big and round with little definition.Then I dieted down and did a show in december.Thats the only way to see true definition is a single digit bodyfat..7 to 8% bf you will see shit you never have seen before..lol..at 4% you will think you are a different person.
