I hit everything twice a week I have been doing that for about 3 months now and I feel that I am growing much better this way, I feel denser, muscles are fuller, more muscle less fat. I love it. I probably will go back to "normal" volume training next month for a month or so to change it up then back to hitting every 2 times a week.
IMO the size gains are coming quicker thant he strength gains. I don't know if that makes sense to people but it seems that way to me. I love it.
