Arms twice a week?

Hey bro's,

Normally i train arms once a week, 3 excercises.

But my arms are lacking in size...
Should i train them twice?

My diet, nutrition, etc is all ok.

I only train arms once every 2 weeks and I have 20 inchs I just feel they get so much with doing other bodyparts that training them more is just overkill.

I never train any muscle more than once a week realy. ive tried doing calves twice a week once but no real succes

I hit everything twice a week I have been doing that for about 3 months now and I feel that I am growing much better this way, I feel denser, muscles are fuller, more muscle less fat. I love it. I probably will go back to "normal" volume training next month for a month or so to change it up then back to hitting every 2 times a week.
IMO the size gains are coming quicker thant he strength gains. I don't know if that makes sense to people but it seems that way to me. I love it.

I think that it is good to do it both ways. You should always change up your routine, especially if your not getting results anymore. Alot is genetics too. I'm lacking in my arms as well. I've tried everything.....it really makes me crazy!!! I did get some growth after I started hitting them a couple times a week though. IF they've stopped growing and are behind your other body parts, don't be afraid to come up with some crazy workouts to help shock them. Take care.
