Art Atwood DVD

Just viewed Art's new DVD called Massive Results and it is really good. He describes and demonstrates his entire workout cycle and also talks about
nutrition, cooking, shopping (one segment where he is in a supermarket),
and supplementation.

Very comprehensive and interesting. Available from www.artatwood.com
and he provides efficient service. His supplement prices are very competitive
as well. Hope he does well at the Arnold.

Phil, with your knowledge and experience you would be a natural for a DVD.
If you produce one, I'd definitely buy it.

Yeah I got that dvd....The guys a monster....PERIOD. Seen him at the NOC in 2003 and his chest is unreal.

Art has one of the best side chest shots in the sport. He is huge (about 305 on the DVD), and his back shots are unreal as well.

Saw him at ABB booth at 03 Team U. His leg was in a cast from an accident
but he wa s determined to make it to the Olympia stage and he did. Also met him at 04 NOC and he is as nice as he is huge.
