Back from 2 weeks of Bronchitis!!!

This by no means was a vaction. I haven't been sick in ten years, and then I taken out hard by bronchitis. I was laid up on the couch for about two weeks. I couldn't eat anything so the only thing I was putting in my body was protein shakes. So, at 300grams of protein a day I still lost 11lbs of the hard earned!! Today was the first day back in the gym, and boy did everything feel soo heavy. I went from 120lb dumbells on slight incline press down to the 85's. I hate getting sick!! Well I"m on the road to recovery!

welcome back... i amjust gettign over mine. after 2 weeks..weak as hell..as i am sure you are...eat sleep and training light is all i am doing for now

Yeah bro I hear ya. I'm training light and just going through the motions, and eating and sleeping. Hope all goes well for you bro!!

Yea, I was off for a week also. I just started back at workouts today.

I didn't lose any weight but I'm sure some of that just converted from muscle to fat
