Hey Now.....I guess an introduction is in order. Started lifting in June of 1996, first cycle was in end of 1998. From 1998 until November of 2003 I was a competitive powerlifter in the IPA and APF. My last meet was the IPA nationals and my best lifts were 804 squat, 515 bench, and 625 in the 242lb class. I started having injury after injury then partially tore my patella tendon in march of 2004.
After the patella tendon tear I felt burned out on the gym. trained on and off for the next year and finally quit training in June of 2005. Well I am finally ready to get back to the gym, but I am going to go the bodybuilding route this time. I have a lot of work ahead of myself. I am about 200lbs and in horrible shape down from my high of 262lbs in 2004, but i am ready to make a comeback!
I have a good amount of knowledge on training and also gear I hope to share with you all.
