Hey all! Just wanted to say hi. This board looks awesome. I used to frequent Musclemag.com back about 7-8 years ago. Got away from the boards and BigWilly turned me back onto this one.
Living in Phoenix Arizona and training at Golds in Ahwatukee (Phoenix suburb)
Anyway, for the stats:
Age: 27
Height: 5'5
Weight: 267lbs (Not ripped, but working my way back down)
Arms: Both are over 20 1/2 inches, right is about 20 3/4.
Quads: Last time I measured over 32 inches. Probably, a little bigger now.
Calves: Last time I checked were about 18 1/2. Probably a little bigger too.
Waist: 38"
Chest: Not sure, but I normally have to wear at least a XX.
I got way out of shape after I started my career after college and settled down with the g/f. Well no more g/f and no more fatness. Started out at 301and working my way back down.
Goal is to compete either next November or July 2007. We'll see. I need to get down to around 225-235 before I start contest dieting. Then I want to come in around 185-190 as a light heavy.
Been on and off for since I was 20 and know quite a bit about this bodybuilding lifestyle. I look forward to contributing to the board.
