Bad breath from steroids ???

Anybody see a recent documentery on the National Geographic Channel about steroids???

Never heard anything about "bad breath" on any board, ? anyone else ???

It pretty much said all the scare tatic stuff and Lyle Alzado/brain tumor, etc.
Also insinuated that "there are many side effects when taken a high dosages for long periods of time.

i know that when your body is in a ketogenic state that you tend to release a certain amount of ketones from your mouth making your breath smell a little bit but not ridiculously.. just a thought

My farts would have knocked a buzzard off a shit wagon. And I didnt have a bm for like 4-5 days... only finally to have a small one... even though I was eating like a horse.
A few more days would pass, no BM, and finally, another small one.

Granted I put on 28lbs that 1st month. Definatley explains where " IT " was all going; explains the lack of BM. Is there a term for this state of being?

Honestly bro even if you are putting on weight you should be on the toilet more...How much fiber do you get everyday? If you eating a lot of protein its very important to drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fiber. I actually had read on the internet that constipation can cause bad breath...something to think about

i dont think steroids give u bad breath. i know that high protein intakes give you bad breath, so there could be the posibility that is where they get the bad breath from. bc when on cycle, most people ingest more protein and what not. ps my farts always reak lol

i was thinking the same thing a few month ago and searched high and low for an answer whether its right or not i dont no!
what i found out was its due to yeast, the hormone imbalance increases glucose level in the body promoting the bacteria that lives off it in the mouth
hence more bacteria in the mouth=bad breath.

All speculation and all bullshit for the most part. They keep spewing this garbage while ignoring the fact that none of their whack-job theories are proven even anecdotally, let alone scientifically.

The only issues I've heard in regards to bad breath is a state of ketosis and also perhaps bad breath from Tren use. That's it.

But to infer that Alzado's death is even remotely linked to his steroid use YEARS after it was PROVEN BY HIS DOCTOR THAT IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS STEROID USE proves an agenda to rid the world of steroids for the purpose of... Well... I'm still not fucking sure.

DMSO causes really bad onion breath, maybe they are referring to that because alot of pro athletes use both steroids and DMSO

I never experienced anything like this from AAS.

As far as steroids causing "many" side effects when taken at high dosages for long periods of time...that would be correct. Steroids cause dozens and dozens of side effects--both internal and external, direct and indirect--across numerous bodily systems.

Its something that I have never noticed. I do try to keep oral hygiene at a very high level and never noticed any difference with AAS use.

I read somewhere being on the sauce to long and/or very high dose. Your body becomes toxic and can cause this if I remember correctly. Who knows.

I don't know about bad breath but since I started hrt my wife says my breath has a metalic tinge to it. She says it not bad but it was a noticable change. Never used anything prior to Dr. prescribed hrt so that was the only change.

I have never heard that before, I guess maybe something like T3 or Clen might be able to give you bad breath because when fat is being burned it gives you bad breath. Simple as that ..!!

I used to get bad breath a lot,especially when using Trenbalone. I think it was because I was going into ketosis. I was usually eating a fairly low carb diet at the time too. Maybe the diet was more to blame. For some reason Trenbalone seemed to cause it the most. My wife could always tell when I was on the juice because of my breath at night in bed.
