Time for POWER/STRENGTH!
Heres the new routine:

Mon-Bench/Curl
Wed-Squat/Row/Shrug
Fri-Squat/Bench/Deadlift/Shrug

Based off an old routine of Jon Kuc

Powerlifting def is not my thing but I have respect for those who throw around crazy weights. What're your numbers like right now man? What're your stats?

Sounds good. What's the goal here? Doesn't seem like a typical powerlifter split since you've got biceps in there

bench-500
shrugg 6-7plates
squat-500
dont use wraps or suit just neoprene elbow sleeve

Goal--More size and strength...
Throw arms in to still keep some balance to physique
Only do about 3 sets ez curls

I know John Kuc. Actually train with him a few times leaning squat techniques when I lived in Wilkes Barre. He was a great man who was very humble.

When I was there, he had a supplement store. I use to buy off him.
