Low carb -30G/day ,Im doing 45 Minutes of Low Intensity Cardio 3.5mph with an incline of 5%.
One question i have for you guys is that Everytime i Take a Whey protein Shake(Isolate,High Quality no Sugar) or Straight BCAA After the Cardio, without any Carb source.
One thing i notice is that after i take the shake 30 minutes after i Get Really white and It feel like i get into Hypoglecemia(Light Headed,Sweating)
Why does it do that?
I heard its the Leucine inside the bcaa or the protein Shake???
